Sandra og jeg lukkede os inde (eller ude, for vejret var fantastisk) i mit sommerhus i tre dage, hvor vi arbejde ud fra hensigten:

Vi er ikke imod medicin, hvor den er nødvendig. Men mener, at fedtfattig plantekost, motion, passion og glæde kan helbrede og forbygge mange sygdomme.

I use the Healing code meditation every day, because Im born with a brain thats very sensitive to migraines.

You can read about the meditation in the book ”The healing code” by Alex Loyd.

I love the music that goes with it, which you find a link to on my website on the left side.

So I wanted to talk with the composer of this beautifull music Elio, about the healing powers of music.

Elio has been composing for 20 years in various genres. Within the past 10 years Elio has been exploring the different cultures and sounds of music with the intention of evoking physical and emotional reactions to the body. Elio’s focus and purpose is writing music for ones healing and healing of their hearts be it an adult or a child.

As part of his daily training, he listens to a variety of musical genres but his favorite genres are classical, film and relaxation music. He says, he gets a good sense of the technicality with classical music, combining elements of film using varied instruments from around the globe and relaxation music gives him the feeling of space.

Elio says, “Music speaks a universal language. One that we can all resonate and connect with on some level. Music evokes feelings of Inspiration, Happiness, Grief, Sadness, Relaxation, Joy and promotes healing. This is what music is all about. Evoking an emotion, stimulating the body and in effect healing.”

How did the Healing Codes Music come about?
Elio’s partner Julia who is a homeopath and Kinesiologist engages in many healing modalities and one of them being The Healing Codes. She suggested that he try the Healing Codes for his own healing purposes. He then began the process of the Healing Codes and then Julia suggested writing music for The Healing Codes. He composed a small piece of music and introduced this to Dr Alex Loyd, the creator of The Healing Codes. Dr Alex Loyd expressed his love for the music. From here he began the process of writing the music while doing the codes and understanding each code in depth and one process was to connect and feel each emotion for each code.

What is the Healing Codes?
The Healing Codes are a simple and powerful self-healing system that was discovered in 2001 by Alex Loyd, PhD, ND. The Healing Codes activate powerful healing centers that can allow the body to heal itself of almost anything. They do this by removing the stress from the body, thus allowing the neuro-immune system to take over its job of healing whatever is wrong in the body.
